European Gay & Lesbian Sport Federation (EGLSF) and the local hosts are happy and proud to invite you to its Annual General Assembly and Building Bridges Conference, which will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia between March 7 and 9, 2014. The 4th edition of the Building Bridges Conference, followed by the Annual General Assembly, will mark the 25th anniversary of EGLSF.
The one-day international human rights conference will be held on March 7, under the title "Pride in Sport" and will feature plenary sessions on European Policies in the field of sports inclusion, with an academic focus, followed by workshops on themes such as:
- invisible diversity
- strategies in Central and Eastern Europe
- sustainable cooperation between LGBTIQ and mainstream sport
- youth & education against homophobia in sport
- innovative campaigning in the world of sport
On Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th, EGLSF will celebrate its annual general assembly. It is our pleasure to organise the conference and assembly in cooperation with our local hosts Out in Slovenia and DIH Association.
