For two days, questions of equal participation in sport will be discussed: how multiple discrimination keeps people away from sport, how the "workplace sport" is designed for women, what barriers there are for migrant girls and women, how these can be overcome and what role sports clubs play and would have to play.

We were able to win over numerous interesting guests and speakers for the conference: At the opening AK president Renate Anderl, Olympic medalist in swimming Mirna Jukić-Berger, Dieter Brosz as the representative of the Austrian Ministry of Sports and the former Minister for Women Gabriele Heinisch-Hosek give each other the floor in a talk.

On Monday evening the exhibition [in] visible - herstories of minority and migrant women in sport will be opened with another talk: Olympic athlete for Tokyo 2021 Liu Jia, the football player Helia Mirzaei from the team “Kicken ohne Grenzen” and the football referee Vera Dumser will be part of it.
